You have just received your order and the item received is not the one you ordered.
You then have 48 hours after receiving the package to inform us of this delivery error.

Please briefly describe the item(s) received (brand, model, etc.) with the information visible on this item. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could provide a photo of the received product as an attachment.
If you have a packaged product, we ask you not to open it if you realize that the product does not match your order.
If it turns out that it is indeed a product error, we will act accordingly to resolve the problem by free return of the product by us via a return label that we will provide you and we will then send you back the desired product.
