Loyalty Program

At VETSECURITE, thanks to our loyalty program, your purchases earn you points that you can then convert into rewards to use on your future orders.

What does the program involve?

Loyalty Program

VETSECURITE rewards your loyalty. Points are calculated on the total order amount excluding shipping costs and discounts.

Points are personal, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. VETSECURITE reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time.

Points allocation and validity

Points are awarded after a 30-day period following order validation.
Points have a validity period of 365 days from the date they are awarded.

You can check your points balance in the "My account" area under the "My rewards" tab.

Using your rewards

Points can be exchanged for discount vouchers, subject to a minimum order amount:

1,000 points → €5 from €50 of purchases
2,000 points → €10 from €100 of purchases
4,000 points → €20 from €200 of purchases
10,000 points → €50 from €500 of purchases
20,000 points → €100 from €1,000 of purchases

Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with current promotional offers.

Please note, any conversion of your points into a discount voucher is final.

Tracking your rewards

Once your rewards are unlocked, you can access them at any time in your "My account" area, under the "My rewards" tab.
