How to return an item?
Step 1: Log in to your account to submit your return request.

- Click on My account, log in to access your order tracking, then click on the details of the relevant order.
- Select the product to return as well as the reason for return, then "generate a return".
- You will then receive your return authorisation after validation within 24/48 hours.
Step 2: Print your return label
- Once the authorisation has been obtained, we will send you your prepaid GLS return label by email (drop-off at the relay point of your choice).
Valid only for orders placed from metropolitan France.
- Please note: You must send back items that are clean, unused and unworn, with their labels, in their original packaging.
- Otherwise, your return will not be accepted, and the products will be sent back to you after payment of the shipping costs of €4.99.
Example: For a shoe box, please place the pair in a cardboard box (no tape on the box).

Step 3: Receipt of your return

- Upon receipt of your return, we will process your request. Once your return has been accepted, three options are available to you:
- Make an exchange, in the event that the size ordered does not fit or you wish to choose a different colour.
- Obtain a store credit, which will allow you to order again on our online store within one year from its issue date.
- Get a refund, which will be processed within 10 days, allowing you to order a different product.
Don't forget, you have 30 days to take advantage of your free return!
