If the box is severely damaged, unless you are certain that the items are in perfect condition, refuse it. Of course, if you have ordered items that are not subject to deterioration in case of impacts, such as clothing, act accordingly. Stay vigilant regarding sensitive and fragile items.
In case of package refusal, we take care of everything for the follow-up: however, you can contact us again via email at [email protected], in order to get a faster response from our services and thus save some time on processing your package.
If the box is slightly damaged but has sustained an impact, do not hesitate to specify it via precise and detailed reservations. For example, "upper left corner slightly crushed," or "wet box." Be careful, the mention "Subject to unpacking" is not a precise reservation, it has no value. Send your reservations by email to [email protected].
Second, as much as possible, check the contents of the package.
If an item is damaged, these reservations must be communicated to us within 48 hours following delivery (an email to [email protected] is sufficient), and confirmed at the same time to the carrier by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. This letter is imperative in these circumstances.
