If you have ordered a product and the size does not suit you or you wish to exchange it for another product, then you must follow the dedicated procedure for merchandise returns (See: "How to return an item to us" section).
You should know that size changes are only possible firstly within 30 days and secondly provided that the desired size is in stock. This also applies to exchanges for other products.
This is why it is important to make your return request directly on your customer account.
1. In the case of a product or size exchange, a prepaid Colissimo return label will be sent to you by email.
2. For exchanging a product for a different one, a credit for the returned product, valid for 1 year, will be provided to you so you can place an order for the product and size you need.
