We accept returns of an order or item within 15 days following its delivery.

You must first make your return request directly on your customer account or by phone at 04 71 45 21 57.

You are reaching the end of the 15 days following receipt of the package and you cannot send your package before this deadline, please note that only the date of receipt of the email notifying your intention to return your order is taken into account.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging with a photocopy of the invoice stating the reason for the order return. A first email will confirm their proper receipt, then, subsequently, the implementation of the credit or desired refund. We commit to refunding the full amount of the item(s) as soon as possible.
