At Vetsecurite.com, whether for damaged goods, item returns or for a size or product change, a specific procedure is dedicated to merchandise returns. This must be respected for your return to be accepted.
1. Log in to vetsecurite.com to make your return request
- Click on "My account", identify yourself to access your order tracking then click on the details of the relevant order.
- Select the product to return as well as the reason for return then "generate a return".
- You will then obtain your return authorization after validation within 24 hours.
2. Print your return label
- Once authorization is obtained, we will send you your prepaid Colissimo return label by email (drop-off at post office).
- WARNING: you must ensure to send us back items that are clean, unused, unworn, with their tags, in their original packaging. otherwise, your return will not be accepted, and the products will be returned to you after receipt of a check for €2.99
- Example: for a shoe box, please put the pair in a cardboard box (no tape on the box).
3. Receipt of your return
- Upon receipt of your return, we will process your request:
- CREDIT: valid for 1 year, you can reorder the product and size you need.
- REFUND: we will process the refund of your order within 7 days.
