The return of one or more items to our Returns Service, for any reason, requires mandatory prior return authorization provided by our Technical Support via email [email protected], or directly on your customer account following your request.

Otherwise, the return of a product without a visible or valid return number or label will be refused by our services and will result in a return to sender.
