TARRERIAS-BONJEAN: tradition and expertise in fine cutlery

Shaped by the tradition and expertise of fine cutlery, TB has been manufacturing in Thiers (France) for more than 5 generations. In 1996, TB began its collaboration with the French Army by developing tools for military use. The first product to meet these requirements was the Bivouac. This legendary field knife became part of the soldier's equipment from 1996 to 2001.

The Baroudeur replaced the Bivouac for a period of 16 years until 2017. In 2016, the PROTECTEUR, a compact dagger with symmetrical edge, was developed and selected to equip the flight personnel of ALAT (French Army Light Aviation). In 2018, the C.A.C (Combat Assistance Campaign) developed in partnership with military expert Philippe PEROTTI took over from the BAROUDEUR. TARRERIAS-BONJEAN, (TB) was selected by the Ministry of Defense to supply the French Army with its new field knife. This folding knife has a robust and reliable mechanism in all circumstances. Each piece benefits from all the contributions of current technology.
