Gen.II Wasp Z2 Rain Jacket with Mil-Tec Fleece

The Mil-Tec Gen.II rain jacket is designed to withstand wet, windy and cold conditions. Its three-layer laminate construction provides protection against the elements, while its removable fleece jacket offers additional insulation.

Its CIV-TEC® WASP I Z2 camouflage is designed for mixed environments and transition zones. The outer jacket and the fleece can be combined or worn separately depending on the weather.

Three-layer membrane against rain and wind

The outer layer combines 96% polyester and 4% elastane. This composition offers good resistance while maintaining the flexibility required for movement.

A breathable polyurethane membrane forms the second layer. It limits water and wind penetration while promoting the evacuation of body vapour.

The third polyester layer protects the membrane and improves the interior comfort of the jacket.

Removable fleece jacket for heat adjustment

The jacket comes with a removable polyester fleece. It can be attached under the outer jacket or worn separately depending on weather conditions.

This insulating layer helps retain heat during cold days. Removing it allows the garment to be lightened when temperatures become milder.

The fleece has two zipped side pockets, a two-way front closure and a hem drawcord.

Zipped vents and fully sealed seams

Zipped openings are placed under the armpits to quickly increase air circulation during physical effort.

They facilitate the evacuation of heat and moisture accumulated during walks or physical activities.

Sealed seams reduce the risk of infiltration at the joints and strengthen protection against the elements.

Wasp Z2 camouflage for transition terrain

The CIV-TEC® WASP I Z2 pattern combines intermediate tones and fragmented shapes designed for mixed landscapes.

It is suitable for areas comprising dry vegetation, rocky surfaces, scrubland and partially wooded spaces.

Its design helps visually break up the silhouette while giving the jacket a modern tactical appearance.

5,000 mm protection and breathable fabric

The membrane has a water column of 5,000 mm, suitable for outdoor activities in rain and wet conditions.

Its stated breathability of 500 g/m² per 24 hours promotes the evacuation of vapour produced by the body.

This combination offers a balance between outdoor protection and comfort during moderate activities.

Adjustable hood and snow skirt

The large hood is fitted with a drawcord and cord locks. It can be adjusted around the head according to weather conditions.

An integrated snow skirt limits snow ingress, drafts and infiltration from below.

These features improve protection during hiking, winter activities and extended outings.

YKK® closure protected by a double flap

The main closure uses a robust two-way YKK® zip. It can be opened from the top or the bottom to facilitate movement.

The zip is placed under a double flap that limits the passage of wind and moisture.

A chin guard reduces chafing when the jacket is fully closed.

Waterproof pockets and patch surfaces

Two concealed side pockets feature waterproof zippers. They allow essential accessories to be carried while limiting their exposure to moisture.

The pockets on the upper arms also feature waterproof closures and hook-and-loop surfaces for patches.

A large hook-and-loop closure insert pocket is integrated into the back lining.

Adjustable wrists and hem

The bottom of the sleeves is adjustable via hook-and-loop straps. It can be tightened around the wrists or adapted for glove use.

The removable fleece has a hem drawcord to limit cold air entry.

These adjustments allow the garment to be adapted to body shape, the clothing worn underneath, and the conditions encountered.
