The HCP Olive Parka from the Pentagon brand is made of durable nylon with a protective high collar, a removable and three-point adjustable hood, and ribbed, elasticated, adjustable inner cuffs. It has numerous pockets including an interior document pocket, two chest pockets, and two hand pockets.
