The HCP Coyote Parka from the Pentagon brand is made of durable nylon with adjustable and adaptable elasticated ribbed inner cuffs and water-resistant, bidirectional zippered ventilation slits under each arm. It features a removable and three-point adjustable hood and numerous pockets.
