One move on flap for quick extraction

The flap uses the patented "One move on" opening/closing system, designed for quick opening with a thumb push. It is removable and adjustable via hook-and-loop, to adapt retention to the tourniquet being carried while facilitating access in emergency situations.

Stable MOLLE attachment on velcro belt

The rear MOLLE loop allows the tourniquet holder to be attached to a belt, vest, or compatible support. The hook fastener limits unwanted movement when installed on a belt fitted with velour hook-and-loop.

Adjustable retention via side elastics
