One move on flap for quick extraction

The flap integrates the patented "One move on" opening/closing system, allowing quick opening with a thumb push. It is removable and adjustable via hook-and-loop, with an elastic cord and a cord lock stopper that keep the flap vertical after opening to clear access to the contents.

Stable MOLLE attachment with hook-and-loop

The MOLLE loop on the back allows the tourniquet holder to be attached to a belt or compatible interface. The hook-and-loop fastener prevents the accessory from moving when installed on a belt equipped with loop fabric, improving stability during movement.
