The MED POUCH VERTICAL MK II® in Ranger Green is a tactical IFAK pouch optimized for quick access and efficient organization of medical equipment. Redesigned for more discretion and lightness, it integrates perfectly with any professional tactical equipment.

Customizable laser-cut "MED" marking

The front Velcro® flap is laser-cut with the "MED" inscription, offering quick identification. This cutout accepts standard IR or medical patches, improving visibility in operational conditions.

Redesigned insert, instant extraction

The internal insert, removable and redesigned for more compactness, allows immediate access to medical contents by pulling on the Velcro® handle. Inside, elastic loops keep bandages, dressings, tourniquets, and other essentials perfectly in place.

Durable and lightweight material

Made of Cordura® 500D and proprietary laminate, the pouch offers an excellent weight-to-strength ratio. It is suitable for intensive field use while being easy to carry daily.

Double MOLLE or belt attachment

It attaches to all MOLLE/PALS platforms, as well as directly to a 45 mm belt thanks to reinforced paracord loops, avoiding the need for additional adapters or external loops.
