The MED POUCH VERTICAL MK II® in black is a compact and redesigned IFAK pouch, designed for operators seeking responsiveness and compactness. It allows quick access to medical equipment while discreetly integrating into a belt or tactical vest.

Visible and customizable laser MED marking

The front Velcro® flap is laser cut with "MED" marking, ensuring clear identification, even at night with IR patch. This area accepts any standard patch for visual or functional customization.

Lightweight insert and quick extraction

The new insert design has been optimized for lightweight and reduced bulk. Secured in the pouch via Velcro® flap, it can be extracted with a single movement, allowing immediate deployment of medical contents. Internal elastic loops keep each item in place (bandages, gloves, tourniquets...).

Durable and functional structure

Made of reinforced Cordura® 500D and exclusive laminate, this pouch is tear-resistant, water-resistant, and flexible enough to adapt to mission needs. The loop Velcro® lined interior allows you to attach a SHEARS pouch or other compatible accessories.

Belt or MOLLE attachment

This version is fully MOLLE/PALS compatible, but also directly attachable to a 45 mm belt via its reinforced paracord loops. Ideal for discreet setups, gun belts or low-profile carry.
