The AUG SOF Compensator by Clawgear is a premium compensator/muzzle brake specifically designed for Steyr AUG platforms with M13x1 LH (left-hand) threading. Designed for demanding operational environments, it combines ballistic efficiency, robustness and advanced tactical features.

Designed for M13x1 LH threading of Steyr AUG rifles

Compatible with AUG A1, A2, A3, SA, LMG, MSAR STG-556, F88 Austeyr, Thales EF88/F90, etc. It attaches easily thanks to an included lock nut, ensuring secure and aligned mounting.

Effective reduction of recoil and barrel rise

Its dual compensation chamber allows lateral and vertical gas dispersion, drastically reducing recoil and barrel rise, for better control in rapid fire.

Integrated breacher spikes for use in CQB environments

The compensator is equipped with breacher spikes at the front, useful for breaking glass or forcing entry in close combat, while maintaining a solid structure.

Compatible with A2 type silencers B&T Rotex / Steyr UMS

Its shape and threading make it suitable for certain A2 type sound suppressors. It allows quick mounting without additional adapter for compatible models.
