A windproof and waterproof jacket from the Highlander brand.

I used this jacket throughout an entire winter season both for hiking and skiing.

I have been testing Highlander brand products for some time now. I have never been disappointed by their products. This brand indeed offers many quality items at a reasonable price.

The Halo jacket is lightweight and practical. The hood is easily adjustable and we find zippers allowing the evacuation of perspiration.

The Ripstop fabric ensures greater resistance of the jacket to abrasion. However, it resists little to repetitive rubbing and brambles. It is true that the fabric remains very thin.

The waterproofing of the jacket protects the body from a shower. The jacket is not designed to be waterproof when exposed to rain for several hours. The fleece lining, on the other hand, provides good thermal comfort.

The various pockets are very well designed.

In my opinion, this jacket remains very interesting for practicing outdoor activities in temperatures ranging from 8 to 15 °C. For cooler temperatures, it will be advisable to add a good insulating layer such as a fleece.
