The Helikon SWAGMAN ROLL in PL Woodland / wz.93 is a multi-function insulating poncho designed for bushcraft, bivouacking and outdoor outings. Inspired by the military poncho liner, it combines warmth, compactness and great versatility of use in a single piece of equipment. It can replace several items of camp gear, making it a very practical solution for travelling light.

Versatile: jacket, blanket, bag or liner

The main asset of the SWAGMAN ROLL is its versatility. It can be used as a jacket, blanket, supplementary sleeping bag, liner, and even as an under-blanket for a hammock according to the official product range datasheet. This modularity reduces the number of items to carry without sacrificing comfort in the field.

Climashield® Apex warm even in wet conditions

The Climashield® Apex™ synthetic insulation is a real strong point. Helikon states that it retains warmth even when wet, without clumping, while remaining lightweight, breathable and compressible. The official datasheet mentions a weight of 67 g/m², identical to that used in the Wolfhound range.

Durable nylon with DWR water-repellent finish

The poncho is made of durable nylon, with a DWR finish that helps limit the penetration of light moisture. This construction enhances its suitability for outdoor outings and changing conditions, while maintaining good lightness for transport.

YKK® zips and included carry bag for transport

Helikon equips this model with YKK® zippers and Woojin Plastic buckles, two components recognised for their reliability. A carry bag is also included, making it easy to pack in a rucksack and carry the poncho in the field.
