The minimum force set is 20 Joules, which is equivalent to an 80 kg man falling from 25 cm. Antistatic
Antistatic shoes provide a necessary level of insulation to protect the wearer against electricity, thus preventing static shock, discharge, or spark. To be certified EN ISO 20345 or EN ISO 20347, safety or work shoes must meet these electrical insulation criteria.
