REINFORCED MATRIX EVO BTP SHOES S3 HI CI SRC - S.24

These shoes have been designed to last over time due to a soft and resistant oiled leather, as well as a DURATOE covered toe cap made of TPU to limit abrasions. The OPTIMUM® insole offers comfort and hygiene due to its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-perspiration, anti-odor treatment, and guarantees better walking comfort and cushioning. The B110 outsole, designed to brave external aggressions, provides the wearer with effective thermal insulation, strong water resistance and excellent grip on loose or rocky ground.

With toe caps

Safety shoes compliant with EN ISO 20345 standards have protective toe caps (resistant to 200 joules) located above the toes to protect them from any crushing related to falling objects or impacts. The main difference between a safety shoe and a work shoe lies in this toe cap, as work shoes do not have one.

Non-slip

The soles of this shoe have been tested and approved as non-slip, which means that this shoe adheres particularly well to surfaces to prevent any potential falls of the wearer. Depending on the shoe's standard, the grip may vary, please refer to the description.

Oil and fuel resistance

According to the EN ISO 20345 standard, all safety shoes above the SB class are equipped with a acid-resistant sole, oil-resistant and fuel-resistant. Without this, shoes in contact with hydrocarbons can crack or lose their flexibility.

Water resistant

This product is water resistant but not waterproof. It resists splashes or light rain but will not withstand complete immersion or prolonged exposure to rain.

Anti-perforation sole

Safety shoes compliant with EN ISO 20345 S1P, S3, and S5 standards have an anti-perforation sole such that a 4.5 mm diameter nail cannot penetrate the shoe at a pressure force of 1100 Newtons, which is equivalent to an 80 kg man walking.

Shock absorption

All shoes compliant with EN ISO 20345 and 20347 standards above class 1 are equipped with a shock-absorbing heel. The minimum force set is 20 Joules, which is equivalent to an 80 kg man falling from 25 cm. This is sufficient to greatly reduce the risks of fracture, sprain or injury and also to minimize fatigue during the day.

Antistatic

Antistatic shoes provide a necessary level of insulation to protect the wearer against electricity, thus preventing static shock, discharge, or spark. To be certified EN ISO 20345 or EN ISO 20347, safety or work shoes must meet these electrical insulation criteria.
