The Mil-Tec US MA1 thermal pants are designed to improve comfort during outdoor activities in cold weather. Inspired by the BDU style, they combine a water-repellent outer shell with a fully quilted lining and 150 g/m² insulating fill.

150 g/m² quilted insulation against the cold

The 150 g/m² polyester fill provides thermal insulation suited to cool temperatures. It helps retain body heat during periods of inactivity as well as when moving outdoors.

The fully quilted lining evenly distributes the fill throughout the pants. This design minimizes cold spots and improves comfort during extended wear.

Water-repellent and durable nylon outer shell

The outer shell is made from 100% nylon, a material valued for its abrasion resistance and lightness. It is suitable for field activities, outdoor work, or winter leisure pursuits.

Its water-repellent finish slows moisture penetration during light rain or contact with snow. However, it does not replace a fully waterproof garment in heavy precipitation.

Reinforced seat for improved durability

The seat area features additional reinforcement for better resistance to friction and repeated use. This design is particularly useful during prolonged sitting or activities carried out on rough surfaces.

The reinforcement helps extend the lifespan of the pants by protecting one of the most heavily used areas.

Zipped cuffs and four practical pockets

The zippers at the bottom of the legs make it easy to put on and take off the pants, especially when worn with ankle boots or tall boots.

Two side pockets keep small items quickly accessible. Two patch pockets on the legs, fastened with buttons, provide extra space for carrying accessories.

Functional BDU style

The pants replicate the characteristic appearance of BDU garments with their patch pockets on the legs and their field-oriented design.

Its black color gives it a sober and versatile appearance, easy to pair with a thermal jacket, a parka, or tactical gear.

Comfortable inner lining

The polyester lining creates a soft and comfortable inner surface. It also helps keep the fill in place and makes the pants easier to wear over a base layer.

This three-part construction combines outer protection, inner comfort, and thermal insulation.
