The EIR Medical Pouch is a tactical pouch designed for quick access to emergency medical equipment. Compact yet expandable, it combines durability, modularity and ergonomics, ideal for completing a plate carrier, chest rig or tactical belt.

Optimized and robust format

With external dimensions of 25 × 10 cm and an internal pocket of 23 × 10 cm, it offers a compact yet sufficient space to accommodate a personal medical kit (IFAK). Its 1000D nylon construction ensures resistance and longevity even under intensive use conditions.

Modular attachment (MOLLE or Velcro)

The pouch can be attached to various supports via MOLLE straps or Velcro panels, making it compatible with the Ragnar Raids Valhalla system and other third-party brands.

Quick tourniquet access

An elastic loop placed on the front keeps a tourniquet immediately accessible, an essential asset for emergency intervention in the field.

Expandable thanks to high-performance elastic fabric

The sides of the pouch are made of elastic fabric allowing the volume to adapt to the contents, while maintaining a minimal profile when lightly loaded.
