The Combat Stretcher by Direct Action is a lightweight and robust stretcher designed for field evacuation. It folds compactly and easily attaches to a MOLLE vest or belt, offering a practical solution for emergency medical interventions or hiking in remote areas.

Nylon Micro Rip-Stop, double layer

Made with two layers of Micro Rip-Stop nylon fabric, it ensures lightness (~300 g) and durability, preventing tears while remaining resistant.

Eight reinforced handles

Equipped with eight carrying handles (four on each side), it allows synchronized and balanced carrying by two bearers.

Two integrated flat pockets

Two flat pockets, each half the size of the stretcher, are integrated under the deployed surface, accessible from the front and back, ideal for storing medical equipment or small accessories.

Compact and modular

When folded, the stretcher takes up little space and fits into a dedicated pouch, equipped with PALS attachments or belt loops. Side channels allow the insertion of poles for two-arm carrying.
