The Garmin group has developed a Foretrex 701 Ballistic Edition GPS wristband in black color. This is a model similar to the Foretrex 601 GPS wristband with the addition of AB Elite software capable of calculating aiming solutions for long-range shooting. This highly accurate ballistic calculator is an exceptional aid tool that may also interest hunters and sport shooters. The IPX7 water protection rating withstands accidental immersion in one meter of water for 30 minutes, but this product is not suitable for prolonged immersion.

The Foretrex 701 also features Smart notifications to receive emails, SMS and alerts, and is equipped with three ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer and compass). It works with all three GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellite systems to track your position in the most challenging environments. Battery life is over 48 hours in navigation mode and can reach one week in UltraTrac mode.
