* IMPORTANT (maintenance):
Do not use oil on the segments of Friction-Loc type batons. Their locking is ensured by friction, therefore lubricating them will result in the baton not locking. However, it is recommended to lubricate only the O-ring located at the cap thread to prevent it from drying out in order to maintain a good seal.
