The Polgen Gen.3 Maritime tactical cover for GPBI inserts by Tiger Tailor in black is designed to provide modular, robust and comfortable protection during extended wear. Its 3D ergonomics conform to the torso to improve comfort during long shifts, while retaining the key features of the Polgen Gen.3: modularity, quick opening, cable management and compatibility with tactical panels.

3D ergonomics for long-duration wear

The 3D ergonomics are designed to conform to the torso and ensure optimal comfort over long periods of wear. The soft insert attachment system has been reworked to simplify installation, while the reinforced plate straps improve the retention of rigid plates. This design aims to reduce discomfort and stabilize the cover in service.

Admin pocket enlarged up to 18 cm

The zippered admin pocket has been enlarged to accommodate a phone with a case up to 18 cm in height. The bottom of the cover pocket features a reinforced zipper for better resistance to abrasion caused by friction between the cover and belt equipment. Two strap loops located on either side of the chest pocket allow a carabiner or PTT to be added.

ROC shoulder buckles and protected cummerbund

The Maritime GPBI version features two ROC buckles on the shoulders for faster unfastening and putting on. The ROC buckle closure system also allows the cover to be opened on one side only for easier donning. The cummerbund is reinforced on its lower edge against belt friction, while an overlap protects the ROC 80 buckle and adds a row of laser-cut loops.

Compatible with class IV plates 25x30x2.8 cm

The cover accommodates 2 class IV ballistic plates in 25 x 30 x 2.8 cm format for enhanced protection. It retains high modularity with vertical slots compatible with QASM, G-hooks, Duraflex buckles or C-loops. The perforated shoulder straps allow cables to be organized with the set of elastic cords and cordlocs, and the increased ventral velcro surface improves the adhesion of heavily loaded modular panels.
