The Polgen Gen.3 Assaut tactical vest cover by Tiger Tailor in black is designed for soft and rigid ballistic inserts used by the Police and Gendarmerie Nationale. Compatible with Cooneen, GK Pro and Verseidag inserts, it meets the needs of daily use as well as the requirements of intervention units. This Assaut version retains the features of the Maritime version and adds advanced modularity, carrying and quick-fit capabilities.

The Polgen Gen.3 Assaut vest cover accepts soft ballistic inserts for Police and Gendarmerie Nationale, including Cooneen, GK Pro and Verseidag. It also allows the mounting of 2 rigid NIJ3-4 class ballistic plates in 25 x 30 x 3.5 cm format, to enhance the level of protection according to operational needs.

4 ROC buckles for quick donning and inspection

The ROC buckle closure system allows the vest cover to be opened on one side for easier donning. The Assaut version adds 2 ROC buckles on the shoulders, facilitating donning, removal and medical checks. This configuration is faster to adjust than a central zip closure and remains practical with heavy equipment.

Rigid hybrid cummerbund with internal mounting

The hybrid cummerbund is made from laminated laser-cut Cordura 500/500D with a plastic reinforcement to maintain good rigidity under load. It allows pouches to be mounted on the inner face, including 15 x 15 cm plate pouches sold separately. This design improves carrying capacity while maintaining a stable structure.

Gen.3 reinforced, modular and comfortable

Generation 3 brings an enlarged abdominal velcro surface for better adhesion of heavily loaded modular panels, perforated straps for cable management and an improved carry handle. The vest cover accepts zipped or MOLLE back panels, chest rigs via QASM, G-hooks or C-loops, and can accommodate Ventipads to improve ventilation. The padded, removable strap cushions are included to enhance comfort during extended wear.
