More compact and breathable than a down jacket, it can be worn alone or as a mid-layer under a waterproof hardshell. It combines thermal performance, freedom of movement and field practicality.

Climashield® Apex™ insulation performs even when wet

The Climashield® Apex™ (67 g/m²) fill provides reliable warmth even when wet. This synthetic insulation outperforms natural down in humid environments: it dries faster, doesn't clump when wet, and maintains its heat-retention capacity even in rain or sleet.

Water-repellent and windproof Windpack® nylon with Teflon® treatment

The outer layer is made of Windpack® nylon, an ultra-lightweight and windproof technical fabric treated with Teflon® to repel moisture, stains and dirt. This protection makes it an ideal jacket for unstable environments, while ensuring excellent breathability.

4 YKK zippered pockets + fleece-lined collar for comfort

The Wolfhound features 4 functional pockets:

• 2 hand warmer pockets

• 1 zippered chest pocket

• 1 secure internal pocket
  All are equipped with durable YKK closures. Added to this is a soft fleece lining in the collar, which prevents chafing around the neck and adds extra thermal comfort.

Fitted women's cut, ideal as a mid-layer

Thanks to its fitted women's cut, it easily fits under a waterproof jacket like the Squall. The VersaStretch® panels under the arms ensure excellent mobility, even during active movement. The cuffs and hem are adjustable to block wind and adapt to different body types.
