The Snugpak Softie Expansion 5 sleeping bag is designed for cold to very cold conditions, while offering unique modularity. Thanks to its expandable system and advanced thermal technologies, it combines comfort, performance and practicality for demanding users.

Modularity with expandable EPP system

The EPP (Elasticated Expander Panel) increases the width of the bag by unzipping the integrated Expanda panel. This feature provides more space for personalised comfort, particularly useful in winter conditions.

High-performance thermal insulation

With a comfort temperature of -15°C and an extreme limit of -20°C, this bag guarantees excellent protection against the cold. The combination of Softie® insulation and Reflectatherm technology optimises heat retention.

Advanced comfort and ergonomics

The scissor-shaped footbox improves the natural positioning of the feet, while the Snugfit hood minimises heat loss. The thermal lining at the feet provides additional comfort.

Practical and innovative features

Fitted with an Anti-Snag Zip closure to prevent snagging, adjustment clips and hanging loops, this bag is designed for easy use. It also integrates a removable LED micro light for supplementary lighting.
