The Modular Panel Adapter for SMB/MARGRID/TACTEC - Sand - Tiger Tailor is designed to add a functional velcro surface to the front face of SMB, MARGRID and TACTEC vests. It allows integrating a VDK system or other modular panels to quickly adapt load-out according to the mission, context or desired configuration.

Adds a velcro surface to the SMB/MARGRID/TACTEC

This adapter addresses the absence of a velcro surface on the front face of SMB, MARGRID and TACTEC vests. It creates a soft velcro interface intended to receive the hard velcro surface of a VDK system or compatible modular panel.

Compatible with VDK and modular panels

The adapter allows using a VDK system or other modular panels mounted via female QASM buckles or C-loops. This modularity opens the possibility of organizing the carrying of magazines, notepads, tablets, grenades or compatible accessories according to operational needs.

MOLLE mounting on the lower section of the vest

Installation is done via a traditional MOLLE system on the front of the vest, in the lower section. A dedicated attachment system allows fixing the female QASM buckles to ensure a solid connection between the SMB, MARGRID or TACTEC vest and the installed modular panel.

Sand color for field configuration

The Sand color integrates with light, desert or field equipment. Once the adapter is installed, the VDK is placed on the velcro surface and then secured in the QASM buckles. Other modular panels can be attached via C-loops in the MOLLE loops provided for this purpose, facilitating rapid configuration changes.
