The Respite 1-person - Forest Green by Highlander is an ultra-technical tunnel tent dedicated to solo bivouacking, designed for demanding hikers, military personnel, law enforcement or adventurers looking for a lightweight, waterproof and compact shelter. With its streamlined shape, 4000 mm waterproofing, optimised ventilation and quick setup, it ticks all the boxes for intensive use in the field.

4000 mm waterproofing with fully sealed seams

The outer fabric features a PU coating with a 4000 mm water column, providing reliable protection against heavy rain. The groundsheet is fully sewn, preventing any ground infiltration, even on waterlogged terrain. The sealed seams guarantee a watertight barrier, essential in difficult conditions.

Effective ventilation thanks to the curved zip and insect-proof mesh

The tent entrance features a curved two-way zip at the top for improved air circulation, even in a closed shelter. A mesh window (mosquito net) is integrated to ventilate while keeping insects out. This effectively reduces condensation and improves comfort during the night.

7001 aluminium poles: lightweight, sturdy and quick to set up

The structure relies on 7001 aluminium poles, known for their lightness and strength. The eyelet and buckle fastening system allows for quick, simple and secure setup, even alone and in hostile conditions. The aluminium pegs provided ensure effective hold, even on soft ground.
