The PSA GK retention holster for SIG PRO SP2022 is an injection-molded open holster designed for the secure professional carry of a service weapon. It combines dual active retention, adjustable passive retention, and full protection of the weapon's sensitive areas. Used as an issued holster by the National Police, Gendarmerie, and Customs, it meets the demands of intensive use both in intervention and daily service.

Dual active retention via bridge and thumb button

The holster integrates a dual active retention system consisting of a tilting bridge and a retention button. Unlocking is performed with the thumb of the strong hand, through a natural pushing motion that initiates translation followed by rotation of the system. This kinematics accompanies the draw motion of the pistol while securing the weapon when it remains in the holster.

Adjustable passive retention under the trigger guard

In addition to active retention, the holster features passive retention through continuous pressure applied to the weapon. This pressure is adjustable via a screw located under the trigger guard, once the weapon is holstered. This adjustment allows the retention level to be adapted according to the user's preferences and the desired resistance to draw.

Full weapon and component protection

The holster body covers the trigger guard to make the trigger inaccessible. The magazine release button is also protected to reduce the risk of accidental magazine loss. The hammer, sights, and exposed areas of the weapon are protected against impacts and scratches, helping to preserve the pistol during carry and movement.

Issued holster for Police, Gendarmerie, and Customs

This PSA GK holster is designated as the issued holster of the National Police, Gendarmerie, and Customs. It is designed to meet the requirements of institutional carry, with a retention mechanism resistance of 800 Newtons of pull force. It can be selected in right-handed or left-handed version depending on the user.

Open holster adapted for demanding environments

The holster is open-type, which prevents liquid retention inside. Its design limits the accumulation of water, dirt, or moisture. The rot-proof materials and high resistance to abrasion and mold make it particularly suitable for outdoor or prolonged use.

Ergonomics with no obstructing element

Carrying the weapon does not obstruct access to the retention system and does not impede the draw of the pistol. The holster has no protruding elements that could interfere with use or leave visible marks from friction. Manipulations can also be performed with the weak hand, improving versatility in operational situations.
