The Dimatex IFAK Start Micro Coyote pouch is an ultra-compact version of the individual first aid kit (IFAK), designed for missions requiring minimal bulk but maximum efficiency. Made from durable Ripstop fabric and featuring quick access, it allows you to secure and organize first aid equipment while remaining discreet and lightweight. The pouch is a scaled-down version of the new individual combat kit used by the French army.

Full opening with secure Velcro flap

The panel opens completely flat for a immediate visual access to all contents. Held by Velcro, the system ensures quick access and reliable closure, even in dynamic conditions or under tension.

Red strap for quick emergency extraction

A highly visible red strap allows you to instantly detach the pouch from its M.O.L.L.E. mount. It is accessible even with gloves on, to respond to critical situations in a matter of seconds.

Internal elastic loops for organized storage

The inside of the pouch is equipped with retention elastic loops allowing you to secure the medical contents (tourniquet, dressings, gloves, bandages…) in an orderly manner, for quick retrieval without disorganization.

500D Ripstop fabric + robust M.O.L.L.E. attachment

Made from 500 denier Ripstop, the pouch is lightweight, abrasion-resistant, and durable. The M.O.L.L.E. system on the back ensures easy and reliable attachment to a vest, bag, or tactical belt.
