About

Enlisted in the French Army since 2009, Chef Eugénie has distinguished herself during demanding international missions, from Afghanistan to Djibouti. In 2016, she joined the sports office, where she puts her expertise at the service of military physical training. Driven by the desire to share her passion for sports and training, she launched on social media in 2020. Having become an ambassador for the French Army and the first female C4 instructor, she now brings together a large community by transmitting discipline, team spirit and motivation through authentic and inspiring content.
