Hello, my name is Cindy, I'm 31 years old and I've been an active-duty soldier in the French Army for over 8 years. Specializing in communications and audiovisual work, I began my career at the 511th Transport Regiment, where I worked for 5 years as a heavy goods vehicle driver and photographer. Today, I'm regularly deployed in the field to create content for the French Army's social media channels, particularly "L'Armée de Terre Recrute," as well as for my own platforms. Promoting the institution and sharing behind-the-scenes insights into military life with my community is a mission that is particularly close to my heart. A sports enthusiast, I practice running and weight training to stay fit, both physically and mentally.
