I am Geoffrey Ruscito and I am 21 years old. Before starting in fire safety, I was in a BTS tourism program. I am passionate about music and I play guitar. I am also active on Instagram @geofrais_r if you have any questions.
Currently I am participating in training aimed at obtaining a professional qualification certificate as a prevention and security agent / fire safety service and assistance to persons (CQP APS / SSIAP1).
I am sociable, calm, patient, reactive but I have the flaw of being disorganized.
Summary:
Ensure the safety of people and property as well as the security of the building.
The risks we can face are fire outbreaks, fires. I can risk my life, of course, if a potential danger presents itself.

I have always wanted to protect people as well as be of service.
Unlike firefighters or law enforcement officers, there is no real sacrifice to make. The only possible sacrifice is of a financial nature, at least only if your region or employment center cannot finance your training.
Yes! We have checklists to follow, to check equipment, do inventory, write logbooks or a report. You need to know your building well, your hierarchy in order to have contact with management because we may need to transmit information.
You also need to hold a professional card. In terms of equipment, we use walkie-talkies, pat-down gloves, a patrol controller but also, a DATI (isolated worker alarm device), which emits an alarm in case of aggression or failure such as loss of balance for example. The signal is directly transmitted to my team who also has one to have additional help. Then we have a watch, rangers as shoes, a flashlight and then we have the red uniform "FIRE SAFETY".

A logbook is a description of all the events (incidents, accidents, fires) that occurred during the day.
Yes, I've been rock climbing for 5 years because I've always loved the adrenaline it brings. I'm not afraid of heights and it allows me to disconnect, clear my head and decompress.
I have a project to do training as an airport security agent, because I want to reconnect with travelers. I obtained a BTS in tourism, so this allows me to get a little closer to this field.
You don't need to be super muscular, you need to be intelligent and have a minimum of logic, be patient, enjoy the thrill of risk and the security field and above all be motivated.
